TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY

“Valentine’s Day – Japanese Head Spa Alicante x Viviet Alicante”

 

1. ORGANIZERS

This giveaway is organized by Japanese Head Spa Alicante and Viviet Alicante, both operating through their official Instagram profiles.

 

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, reside in Spain, participate via Instagram, and comply with all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway will run from 6 February at 2:00 PM until 13 February at 10:00 AM.

The winner will be announced on 13 February at approximately 12:00 PM through the organizers’ official social media profiles.

 

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To enter the giveaway, participants must comply with all of the following requirements:

• Follow the Instagram accounts @japaneseheadspalicante and @vivietalicante

• Like the giveaway reel

​

• Tag one or more people in the comments section (unlimited entries are permitted, provided that all tagged accounts belong to real individuals)

 

5. PRIZE

The giveaway prize includes:

• Two (2) Essential Head Spa treatments, to be enjoyed in separate treatment rooms at Japanese Head Spa Alicante.

​

• One (1) dinner for two people at Viviet Alicante, subject to the restaurant’s availability.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other services.

 

6. PRIZE REDEMPTION CONDITIONS

• The treatments at Japanese Head Spa Alicante must be booked in advance and are subject to the availability of the spa.

• The dinner at Viviet Alicante must be reserved by the winners several days in advance and is subject to the restaurant’s availability.

​

• The prize must be redeemed within the period specified by the organizers after contacting the winner.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have correctly fulfilled the entry requirements.

The selected winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

 

8. LIABILITY

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with this giveaway.

The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for justified reasons.

 

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
